Darion O. Spence, or simply Spence, is a proud alumnus of Prince Williams High and the College of the Bahamas. He is also a member of Track Road Theatre and an aspiring filmmaker, playwright, and novelist. Spence hopes to raise the level of critical thinking and awareness in the Bahamas and the region, through film-making and screenwriting. Naturally a film buff, some of his favorite movies include, “The Matrix”, “The Talented Mr. Ripley”, and “Precious.” Spence made his acting debut in the play “Light” by Deon Simms. He is currently working on original screenplays and stage-plays that he hopes to bring to the Bahamian audience in the near future. His hobbies include: reading, listening to music, and watching American football and documentary films.
