Fanchon Dawkins

 

always had a love for the arts. She started dance at the young age of 5 at the Lois Seiler Academy of Dance and still continues to this day. Her acting debut was in the year 2000 in the musical ‘Once on this Island’ where she played the role of ‘Lil Timoune’ at the Regency Theatre in Freeport. Since then, she has been in and worked behind the scenes for many stage plays and productions. Her most recent feat was winning the title of BTC Star and spokesperson in the second season of ‘BTC Starmaker’ (2011). She is full of life and energy and always has a smile on her face. A native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life like going to the beach, eating local cuisine and having a good laugh with her friends and family.  Fanchon also has a very loving and compassionate spirit and is currently studying for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  Upon completion of her nursing degree, Fanchon wishes to go abroad and enroll in a performing arts school to continue improving her acting and dance skills.
